Attorney Claims Diddy Spiked Lube with GHB Before Raping Her Client

A new lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs will claim the rap mogul threatened a woman “with a knife” and then squirted lubricant all over her before he, his bodyguard, and a friend raped her.

Ariel Mitchel-Kidd, the alleged victim’s attorney, told NewsNation’s “Banfield” the lubricant may have been spiked with gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB, the so-called “date rape” drug) that the attorney claims can be absorbed through the skin via body oils.

“The details are graphic in nature, and the complaint lays out all of the details in the graphic and deplorable way my client was victimized in that night.”

Mitchell-Kidd said that after threatening the victim with the knife and making her take off her clothes, Combs took out a “liquid substance” from a bag and began “squirting it at her.”

“After she was covered in this oil, that’s when the attack began,” the attorney said.

“Over the course of this, her body got more and more limp, and she couldn’t figure out essentially what was causing it,” Mitchell-Kidd said.

Her client said she was given water and “knew immediately it wasn’t just water, so she only took a sip,” but did not take any drugs.

“She felt that whatever was squirted on her had something in it that essentially debilitated her,” she said.

Mitchell-Kidd said she did “internal research” and found that lubricant could be used as a “conduit” for drugs like GHB.

It’s not clear what Mitchell-Kidd’s research entailed, but there are reports of the drug being used in lubricants and absorbed into the body from internal orifices, although not through skin surface.

Combs remains behind bars after being indicted last month on three federal felony charges stemming from a lengthy investigation that may have been sparked by a litany of civil lawsuits against the singer accusing him with sex trafficking, rape, and other claims, as CrimeOnline reported.

At least 11 lawsuits have been filed so far, including one by his former girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura, who settled her lawsuit with Combs the day after it was filed.

Months later, a video surfaced showing Combs chasing Ventura down and beating her in a hotel hallway. Combs, who has denied all the accusations against him and pleaded not guilty to the federal indictment, released his own video apologizing for the abhorent behavior seen in the hotel video.
