The Real Housewives of Cheshire star was clearly enjoying her night out at The Together For Short Lives Ball in London.
The TV star’s stunning dress clung to her curves and feathered out at the bottom.
She donned chic make-up that completed her striking look.
Christine also posted a picture of herself wearing the dress on her Instagram stories.
Meanwhile, her outing comes hot on the heels of her ex-Paddy being seen “getting cosy! with TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher.
The Top Gear host looked like he was on a date, said an onlooker.
Paddy, 49, and Kirsty, 47 were together at the Ham Yard Hotel in Soho, Central London.
The onlooker told The Mail on Sunday: “They were sitting together, laughing together and looking cosy. If you walked past them you would most certainly think they were on a date.”
Just weeks ago sports presenter Kirsty said she would “love something gorgeous and romantic to occur” in her life.

The onlooker told The Mail on Sunday: “They were sitting together, laughing together and looking cosy. If you walked past them you would most certainly think they were on a date.”
A spokesman for Paddy did not respond to a request for comment and Kirsty declined to comment.
Paddy and Christine announced their 11-year marriage was over in July.
The former couple have three children – twins Leo and Penelope, eight, and Felicity, five.
They wrote: “We hadn’t planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but after the lack of privacy surrounding our life personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify.
“A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children.
“This was not an easy decision to make but we are moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children.
“We’ll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together.”
They added: “We hope this now draws a line under anymore unwanted intrusion into our private life.
“Although we work in the public eye we ask kindly if you could respect our wishes for privacy on this matter.”
