Eileen Saki (Born: 18 November 1943; Died: 1 May 2023) was a Japanese-American actress. She was the concluding and longest-running actress to play Rosie, holder of Rosie’s Bar in the TV series M*A*S*H (Mobile Army Surgical Hospital).
Eileen also made a cameo role in the season 5 premiere episode as the head Madam of a coquettish group of prostitutes.
