According to documents accessed by Moneycontrol, she was recently in the limelight as she bought a 2160 sq yard bungalow in Delhi Golf Links for Rs 160 crore. The plot area of the bungalow is 1,806.35 square meters while the covered area of the entire building is 1,869.7 square meters.
Moneycontrol reported that the Rohatgi family paid a stamp duty of Rs 6.4 crore and the registration process was completed on February 24. He has joined forces with former Solicitor General of India Gopal Subramaniam to build a luxury home in Delhi’s most prestigious area.
Subramaniam bought an Rs 85 crore bungalow in Delhi’s Sundar Nagar area last year. Mukul Rohatgi worked as the 12th Attorney General of India from 2014–2017. He has been also offered to continue in the position but declined to do so and was replaced by KK Venugopal.
