Twalib Mbarak Biography – Twalib Mbarak is the Secretary and CEO of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC). From 1984 to 1999, he was a cadet in the Kenyan military, rising through the ranks. In 1985, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant and promoted to First Lieutenant in 1987. In 1994, he was promoted to the rank of Major.

He was the Head of Security and Integrity at Kenya Electricity Generating Company (Kengen) before being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.
