Abbas Tajuddin was born on October 1, 1963, in Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria. He is currently 59 years old as of 2022. Tajuddin is a Nigerian politician who serves as a member of the House of Representatives. He represents the Zaria Federal Constituency in the Ninth National Assembly. In 2010, he earned a doctorate in business administration from Usman Danfodio University in Sokoto.
Tajuddin worked as a primary school teacher from 1981 to 1988 before completing his formal education. From 1989 to 1993, he worked as a lecturer at a polytechnic.
Abbas Tajuddin worked as a marketing manager for NTC Plc between 2001 and 2005 and later worked as a lecturer at KASU from 2005 to 2010. In 2011, he was elected to the Federal House of Representatives to represent the Zaria Federal Constituency and has since been re-elected to the same position, although now under the All Progressives Congress party.
In 2011, Hon. Tajuddin Abbas was elected to the National Assembly representing the Zaria Federal Constituency. He was re-elected in 2015 under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC). As a legislator, his interests include appropriations, finance, education, national planning, health and public procurement.
