They aim to curb gut-related problems in 56% of Indian households. Their demand is for Rs. 75 lakhs for 3% equity.
They want to market their Kombucha as a healthy drink, in the beverage market Rs. 15,000 crores.
Rating each bottle at Rs 220, they are ready to reconsider the price once their reach increases.

Namita Thapar raises a valid point about cold chain business posing a major challenge to the business model. The pitchers declare their sales to stand at Rs. 1 crore, with supply distribution as follows Their sales, are 40% online and 40% from cafes, and 20% from retail. Finally, the final amount earned in his hand is Rs. 29 lakhs.
They want to set up a new manufacturing unit to grow further, as this will help them manufacture 3 lakh bottles per month. Anupam makes the first offer of Rs. 75 lakhs for 20% equity, followed by Vinita’s offer – of 30 lakhs for 10% equity and Rs. 45 lakh loan at 12% interest. And Atmosphere Kombucha’ forwards a counter offer of Rs. 75 lakhs to Anupam for 8% equity.
Their valuations don’t match so the offer is ultimately turned down.
