According to the Kansas City Star reports that the quarterback’s brother is accused of punching a 19-year-old male waiter several times and later forcibly kissing the establishment’s 40-year-old female owner.
The alleged incidents took place on February 25 at the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park, a suburb about 20 minutes from Kansas City.
Restaurant owner Aspen Vaughan told the outlet that police are reviewing surveillance footage from the evening. Mahomes’ attorney, Brandon Davies, denied the allegations.

The 40-year-old owner Aspen Vaughn provided KCS and police with surveillance footage she says was captured last Saturday, when the alleged assault took place. In the clip, you can see a man, whom she calls Jackson, wraps his arms around her and forcibly kisses her.
Mahomes’ attorney provided a statement to the Star protesting the allegations.
“Jackson has done nothing wrong,” Brandan Davies said. “
Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence contradicting the claims of Jackson’s accusers, including statements from several witnesses.
