Suresh Gopi, besides his successful acting career, is associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and has served as a nominated member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament. Radhika Nair, Madhav’s mother, is the granddaughter of the legendary actress Aranmula Ponnamma, often referred to as the “mother of Malayalam cinema.”
Madhav has four siblings: Bhagya Suresh, Lakshmi Suresh, Gokul Suresh, and Bhaavni Suresh.
