She tried to murder 5 boys and 5 girls at the Countess of Chester Hospital’s neonatal unit in Cheshire, northwestern England according to a court statement between June 2015 and June 2016.
She broke down in tears as the first set of guilty verdicts were read out by the jury’s foreman on 8 August after 76 hours of deliberations.
Letby cried with her head bowed on 11 August as the second set was returned.
She originally from Hereford, was found not guilty of two counts of attempted murder.
She is scheduled to be sentenced on 21 August in Manchester in the morning.
