Adila Hassim is a South African lawyer who is representing South Africa in the Gaza genocide case at the International Court of Justice. She gave a compelling speech offering a scathing indictment of Israel’s actions in the besieged city on 10 January 2024. 

The South African legal team accused Israel country for committing genocide against Palestinians. Even the South African legal department appeared to the UN’s top court to halt Israel’s military operation in Gaza. However, Israel denied all allegations.
