Lakshmi Parvathi was born in Andhra Pradesh on September 14, 1953. She earned a degree in Telugu Literature. Veeragandham Venkata Subba Rao, a Harikatha artist, was her first husband. Later, she moved in with N.T.Rama Rao after being split up from him. Koteswara Rao is the name of the son that Lakshmi Parvathi had. In 1994, NTR led the TDP back to power with a record-breaking majority, and Lakshmi’s life took a drastic change. She was praised as “Lucky Parvathi” for assisting him in reclaiming his glory. However, this was short-lived. Later, NTR passed away from a heart arrest, and Lakshmi Parvathi’s future looked bleak. She promised to exact revenge on Naidu for stealing her husband, but as she had no help from anyone, she fell out of the political picture. Even after two decades, her one and only wish is to witness the political demise of the person who she holds accountable for NTR’s premature death.

Career
Since she wed N.T.R, Lakshmi Parvathi has been involved in politics. She founded the NTR TDP after N.T. Rama Rao passed away and ran for office in the 1996 elections from Patapatnam in the Srikakulam District with BJP backing. Later, Lakshmi joined the Indian National Congress Party; at the moment, she belongs to the YSRCP. Lakshmi ran for office in Sompeta and Eluru, but she was unsuccessful. In the 2021 movie Radha Krishna, which was about the traditional Koyya doll-making art, she made her acting debut.

Relationship
In 1991, Lakshmi Parvathy first met NTR and asked to write his biography. Their subsequent marriage took place a year after their love story officially began. It led to a catastrophic chain of events, the effects of which may still be felt today. The founder of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, commonly referred to as NTR, was 70 years old when he lost his first wife Basvatarakam to cancer.
