Death
Kiernan Forbes was due to play at the Yugo nightclub in Durban on February 10th, 2023, to commemorate his birthday. Around 10 o’clock that evening, Forbes and a group of friends, including Tebello Motsoane, were waiting outside Wish, a restaurant on Florida Road, when a hooded assailant approached them and opened fire, striking Forbes in the head.
Motsoane was also hit by additional bullets that the assailant’s accomplice fired while standing by Forbes’s car. The two assailants then walked away from the area. At the spot, doctors pronounced Forbes and Motsoane dead.
