Eminie Hughes is a 12-year-old Texas girl who was reported missing on 22 February 2024 after her mother found that Eminie was not in her bedroom in the morning. She is the the subject of an Amber Alert which is issued by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Some sources claim that she could be a victim of human trafficking.

Eminie Hughes was born to Shannon Williams (Mother) and John (Father). Her father is a mechanic and he was not involved in Eminie’s life. Eminie’s father had never met her. When Eminie’s mother was 19 years old, Shannon had a brief relationship with him and became pregnant with Eminie after they broke up. Shannon tried to contact John to tell him about the pregnancy but he didn’t pick up the call and didn’t respond to her calls or messages.

Since Shannon has never heard from him again. She didn’t know where he was or what he was doing now. Eminie’s father John was a white man with blond hair and blue eyes. He was 25 years old when she met him and at that time, he used to work as a mechanic at a car shop. He was not from Houston.

Eminie Hughes’s mother Shannon Williams is the only family member who has been publicly seeking help to find Eminie Hughes. Shannon is the single mother of Eminie with whom she lives in Missouri City, Houston.

Eminie’s mother works as a cashier at a local grocery store. She has been struggling to make ends meet. Eminie is not the only child of her mother. She has a brother and a sister who both are older than her.

Eminie’s siblings live with their father. Shannon has been raising Eminie since Eminie was a baby becasue Shannon has the sole custody of Eminie.

Eminie Hughes is a sweet, smart, and loving girl. She loves dancing, singing, and playing video games. Eminie was about to celebrate her 13th birthday in April 2024 and she had plans to go to a theme park with her friends.

Shannon revealed that her daughter Emnie was doing well in school and had no issues with her teachers or classmates. Shannon revealed that Eminie had asked her to wake her up early for school in the night but when Shannon went to check on her in the morning, she was not in her bedroom.

Eminie’s mother had no idea where Eminie could have gone. Eminie didn’t have a cell phone, a laptop, and any other social media accounts. Even she did not have a boyfriend.

Shannon Williams was shocked and devasted by her daughter’s disappearance because she had heard about the possibility of human trafficking in her daughter’s case. Her daughter was last seen entering a dark-colored Dodge pickup truck with an unknown driver.

27-year-old Sirterryon Preston of Houston, Texas is suspected of possessing the missing juvenile. He attempted to flee custody but he was captured and arrested. Eminie was last seen on 22 February in the 7700 block of Waterchase Dr. around 1:40 am and got into a dark-colored four-door Dodge pickup truck in a white crop top and pink joggers. Currently, she is undergoing evaluation at Texas Children’s Hospital.
