Melnevia Whaley recently met with a car accident that took her life away. She was one of 2 people killed along I-75 near Caniff early Sunday morning, 2 April 2023.
Melnevia was in an accident and then got out to check her car and then she was hit and murdered by a driver who lost control.
Michigan Police reported that she was pulled over on the side of the road when an EMS employee stopped to check on her.
That 1st responder, recognized by Superior Ambulance named Matthew Madigan and was murdered alongside her when a passing driver lost control and hit them.

Whaley was declared dead on the spot, while the other crash person was taken to the hospital, where he was also declared dead.
This case is still under investigation, and the Michigan State Police Department will surely give more information soon.

The accident news of her is over the internet, and their families are shocked. Melnevia’s cousin Jennifer Payne is also in grief and paid tribute to her and shared a post on Facebook.
