Sara Joanne Cyzer is a well-known British broadcaster. From 3 April 2000 until 19 December 2003, she hosted Radio 1 Breakfast on BBC Radio 1.

Since January 2019, she has hosted the BBC Radio 2 drivetime show, which airs Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
