This incident happened outside of Ceaser Chavez school on Wednesday 13 April 2023.17 years old high school identified as Thai Khin was shot and killed outside the campus during engaging with robbers and another high school student was also injured and taken down hurriedly in the hospital. According to officials, Thai Khin was playing basketball at unity park with another student on Wednesday afternoon. The two attackers tried to rob him and he tried to save himself from getting robbed during this of him with the robbers he got shot. Thai Khin got shot and killed when he tried to intervene.

Who Was Thai Khin?
Another student also a Cesar Chavez High School student also a victim was strapped and transported to a hospital and is expected to survive. Both were High school students from Cesar Chavez High School. The accused was fled away from after that incident hurry and not caught by the police. Police did not reveal the description of the attackers and don’t disclose the items they were taken in the robbery. Police trying to catch and arrest the accused.
However, Cesar Chavez High School was put on lockdown for about 15 minutes after this incident and supposed to children to go home. This incident raises concern and also fear in the parents and also in the children’s hearts. As they are concerned and worried also scare to send to the park and school. As one of the neighbors said that “My son plays almost every afternoon after school, he comes and plays. But something like this makes me think twice, more than twice, before letting my son play at the park again. Also, one of Thai Khin’s friends Ezekiel Norasith told that he was kind and smiled every day.
