Devin was a 20-year-old boy and he died at the accident place where LeCroy a 24-year-old girl was driving the vehicle and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital by EMS where she was confirmed dead. She had a Master’s in Sport Management and policy from the University of Georgia and have good skill in playing Football and Basketball. She finished her education at Stephens County High School and completed her graduation from Mary Frances Early College of Education with a Bachelor of Education in Sport Management. She has also participated in various Football and Basketball Spirit Cheerleading, and Varsity Competitive Cheerleading and involves in so many clubs such as National High School Scholars, National Beta Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Technical Honor Society, Toccoa-Stephens County Leadership, Future Business Leaders of America.
Police began an investigation related to this car accident which happened on the morning hour of 15 January 2023. There are two other passengers who were also at the scene and they had also some minor injuries from this accident but now they both are in stable health condition.
