This news is spreading widely and circulated all over the internet and news channels that mobile phone is banned in Kedarnath temple due to the recent incidents in which influencers and YouTubers make videos and reels at Kedarnath temple which is a religious place and seeing all these things the devotees are getting hurt that people have made the religious place also a thing of their entertainment.
A large number of devotees from India and abroad are reaching Kedarnath Dham. Meanwhile, some such videos also surfaced on social media which sparked controversy. Recently, a video which getting surfaced and circulated all over the net in which a blogger made a reel proposing to her boyfriend at Kedarnath temple this is not one case which is seen in this other video also surfaced on the internet in which a woman blowing out money in sanctum sanctorum of the temple.

After this incident happened at the temple sentiments are being hurt and anger is being seen among the people. Therefore, the Kedarnath Temple committee has now become strict about such incidents not happening in the Kedarnath temple. The committee has made preparations for a complete ban on carrying mobiles inside the temple.
The committee of Kedarnath temple wrote a letter to the police and asks to take strict actions against people who make videos, youtube shots and Instagram reels against the religious sentiments of people, because of which the feelings of devotees visiting the temple along with many countries and aboard are hurt.
