Two profiles on Facebook and Twitter shared images of Patrico requesting women’s explicit photos on social media. Why Did Tony Patrico Leave Rizzuto Show?
As promised, the show will resume tomorrow at 6 a.m. Scott Rizzuto, another host, commented on the news and said that he was not in a position to provide any additional information regarding Patrico’s departure. On air, he said that everyone is in shock and that the past several days have been trying for everyone. He went on, “We’re depressed and upset. Tony was on the phone with us. Our friend, he is. But this is quite challenging. Again, speaking for everyone on the show, we are filled with nothing but sympathy and understanding for everyone involved.
