Rapper Tay K was found guilty of murder and given a 55-year prison term. This occurs after the passing of Ethan Walker, age 21. He was handed two more 13-year jail terms for two other charges of robbery in addition to a lengthy prison term. He was also given a 30-year sentence for one act of aggravated robbery. He wrote on Twitter that read “I believe if I were a little white kid, they wouldn’t have sentenced me to 55 years for a crime I was accused of having the least amount of involvement in when I was 16; they would have given me rehabilitation on the grounds that my mind wasn’t completely formed at the time. In a different tweet, he asserted that, in contrast to him and his friend and co-defendant Pimpyz, who allegedly received a 30-year prison term, one of his co-defendants, a white young girl who was 16 at the time, was given 10 years of probation.

In July 2016, Tay K and six other people were detained on suspicion of capital murder after a narcotics dealer from Mansfield, Texas, died. According to sources, Tay K and two other women broke into the house by enticing a 19-year-old with the intention of obtaining cash and narcotics. The confrontation turned violent, and the dealer Ethan Walker was slain as a result.

McIntyre was put under house arrest in January 2017 while he awaited legal procedures. He and a companion, however, disconnected their ankle monitors and escaped to San Antonio, Texas, where they murdered Mark Anthony Saldivar, 23, during a heist. On another occasion, the rapper was blamed for robbing a 65-year-old man and assaulting him until he was rendered unconscious.
