As per the exclusive reports or sources, on Thursday, 16th of March 2023, Kiran Bhai has been taken into custody and sent for further proceeding by the magistrate, the arrest took place 10 days ago, although, it is not clear the FIR (First Information Report) was registered at the same time or not. Even, he has posted many photos and videos on his social media account as he loved to post photos and his most recent upload took place 2nd of March 2023 when he visited Srinagar.
Apart from all these, soon after the concerned authorities were cautioned by the intelligence agencies, and after confirming his backdrop, the police were asked to apprehend him from a hotel in Srinagar, where he was staying for the last few days.
