The Wealth of Tracy Spiridakos

She also gained a significant amount of wealth thanks to the success of a family business, and as she continues her career, it is expected that her wealth will also continue to increase.

Early Life, Education, and Career Beginnings

Tracy is of Greek descent, with her parents owning a restaurant in Canada. She grew up in Winnipeg alongside two brothers, and then moved to her father’s hometown in Skala, Greece, before returning to Canada in 1992. She learned how to speak Greek fluently growing up, and was also taught a lot about her heritage. She subsequently attended Oak Park High School, where she developed an interest in acting, leading her to study at Manitoba’s Actors Training Centre.

In 2007, she moved to Vancouver to pursue a career in acting, firstly getting a small part in the series “Supernatural”. She then got more television roles, mainly small parts or minor roles in series such as “Psych”, “The L Word”, “Bionic Woman”, and “Hellcats”, before appearing in the television movie “Goblins”, released through the SyFy channel, then had a role in the web series “Mortal Kombat: Legacy”, followed by a recurring role as the werewolf Brynn McLean in “Being Human”.

Majority Rules, Revolution, and Prominence

In 2009, Spiridakos was cast in her first starring role in the series “Majority Rules!”, in which she played the 15 year-old Becky Richards. The series revolves around her character as her life is changed when she is elected as the mayor of her hometown of Mayfield. Two years later, she made her major film debut in “Rise of the Planet of the Apes,” which stars James Franco and Freida Pinto. The film acts as an origin story and a reboot of the “Planet of the Apes” series, earning critical as well as commercial success.

After filming the low budget film “Kill For Me”, she then made an appearance in the Nickelodeon movie entitled “Rags”, which is a gender-switched and modernized tale of “Cinderella”. Afterwards, she had her next big lead role in the television series “Revolution”, playing a survivalist of a dystopian future civilization set in 2027, 15 years after a worldwide permanent electrical blackout; for her performance in the first season, she won a Saturn Award for Best Actress on Television, and stayed with the show until its finale in 2014. While there was a petition to renew the show, further seasons were never produced, but a comic book series was created to wrap up the story.

Tracy’s next project would be the Showtime sitcom entitled “Episodes”, in which she played the role of the daughter of Morning Randolph, played by Mircea Monroe. During this time, she also participated in the Ice Bucket Challenge to help raise awareness of the disease ALS. The following year, she had a three-episode role in the television drama “Bates Motel” as Annika Johnson. The series is a contemporary prequel to the iconic Alfred Hitchcock film “Psycho”, based on the novel of the same name.

1 [on performing in the series ‘Revolution’] I do kick-boxing on my own; I did about a year’s worth of it. I’ve grown up with guys my whole life, always kind of in-the-rumble of it all. The action part and the stunt part really excite me, and it’s a lot of fun.
