Ray decided to hire a hitman, Luis Barker to murder her son-in-law. According to sources, Leon was first beaten and then shot by Luis, and his body was dumped on the side of the road. Jacqueline apparently paid the hitman $12,000 to kill her son-in-law, and as a result was sentenced to 18 years in prison.
