Erinn is the daughter of Anne and Brooks Bartlett; after matriculating, Erinn enrolled at Ithaca College from which she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in communication. During her teen years, Erinn was into modeling which led to her entering teen beauty pageants. She first competed in the Miss Massachusetts Teen USA pageant, but finished as the first runner-up. Nevertheless, this didn’t discourage her, and Erinn continued with pageantry and in 1991 became Miss Massachusetts, which took her to the Miss Teen USA 1991 competition, where she was tenth in overall.

Acting Career Beginnings
Erinn made her acting debut in 1999, when she featured in the sci-fi action thriller film “Deep Blue Sea”, with Thomas Jane, Saffron Burrows and Samuel L. Jackson in the lead roles. She continued with the part of Sheila in the mystery thriller film “The In Crowd” (2000), which had Lori Heuring, Susan Ward and Matthew Settle as the stars. Then Erinn appeared in the fantasy comedy film “Little Nicky”, with Adam Sandler, Patricia Arquette, and Harvey Keitel, while in 2001 she had a minor role in the fantasy comedy-drama film “Shallow Hal”, and in 2002 featured in the romantic comedy film “Pumpkin”.
Unfortunately, Erinn struggled to secure a role that would launch her to stardom, instead appearing in minor roles in not many successful films, such as “Girl Fever” in 2002, and “Rumor Has It…” in 2005. She had a double role in the comedy film “The Benchwarmers” in 2006, and until her retirement in 2013, Erinn made several one-time appearances in such popular TV series as “How I Met Your Mother” (2006), “NCIS” (2007), then “Unhitched” in 2008, and “Rules of Engagement” in 2013.
