Peter was born on 31 August 1979 in Warsaw, Poland, to his parents – Eva and Kris Luczak. His dad is from Poland. He has one younger sister, Ola Luczak, who played tennis at the University of Central Florida.

The Luckzak family moved to Melbourne, Australia, when he was nine months.

The coach began playing tennis at age five after his Father introduced him to the sport. As he didn’t have major success at the junior level, Peter neither received funding from Tennis Australia nor sponsorship.

Luczak later earned a tennis scholarship at Fresno State University in 1992. The former tennis player holds a degree in finance from the institution.

During his days at Fresno, Peter earned the record for most career singles wins. Before being defeated in the NCAA Tournament’s opening round, he had a 27-0 record during his senior year at Fresno State.

The coach attended the High School Mazenod College in Mulgrave from 1992 to 1997. Off the court, Peter loves to play golf, go on fishing, spending time with his family. The 43-year-old follows Essendon in the AFL.

Above all, the coach also enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures.

The tennis coach Peter Luczak is blissfully married to his wife, Anna Catarina Ericsdotter Queckfeldt. The former tennis champion’s spouse is the granddaughter of Swedish Bronze medalist dressage rider Countess Maud von Rosen.

The Luczak-Queckfeldt couple has been together since the early 2000s. In addition, their bond seems to be still going rock solid.

On top of that, the smitten pair are blessed with two adorable kids – a son, Sebastian Oliver Luczak, and a daughter Millie.
