Igarashi most recently won the WSL Rip Curl Pro and the World Surf League Championship, which led to his eventual qualification for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
He became the youngest surfer to win the under-18 U.S. National Championships. Won the Governor’s Cup at the Surfing America Championships in the same year.
