The internet is stunned after the culprit, Juan Nunley, got arrested for allegedly assaulting and attempted kidnapping an Arizona real estate agent

Juan Nunley, a key suspect in the assault and attempted kidnapping of a pregnant Arizona real estate agent, has been apprehended in Texas.

According to court records in El Paso County, Texas, Juan Nunley Jr. was booked on December 7, 2022, under the alias Donasti Davonsiea as a fugitive from justice in Arizona.

Authorities are offering a $13,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man accused of kidnapping and assaulting a pregnant real estate agent in Tucson in October.

Although the Arizona real estate agent escaped and called 911, authorities revealed the victim had miscarried three days after the attack because of her injuries.

Nunley is wanted for the alleged assault on a pregnant real estate agent on October 8, 2022, at her home in Tucson, Arizona.

The victim and Police have offered a $13,000 reward for information leading to the suspect in the kidnapping of a pregnant real estate agent.

Nunley allegedly assaulted the victim with a weapon and tried to physically restrain her while she was showing the House to a prospective buyer, according to Police.

The incident happened at home near Glenn Street and Mountain Avenue in October.

Donati Davonsiea, 31, also known as Juan Nunley Jr., assaulted the victim’s realtor and tried to physically restrain her while she was showing a House to a prospective buyer.

Juan Nunley Arrested 

Following the incident, detectives were assigned to gather evidence and conduct interviews; they identified the suspect as Davonsiea and obtained an arrest warrant.

According to reliable sources, on December 7, 2022, the suspect in the October misconduct and attempted kidnapping of a Tucson real estate agent was apprehended in Texas.

As of December 12, the culprit remained in the El Paso County Jail awaiting extradition to Tucson.

According to court records obtained by Tucson TV station KOLD, Juan Nunley Jr., also known as Donati Davonsiea, was booked into the El Paso (Texas) County Jail on Wednesday.

Nunley allegedly assaulted a real estate agent with a weapon and tried to physically restrain her while she was showing a House to a prospective buyer, according to Police.

What Are the Charges Faced By Juan Nunley?

As per KOLD News, Davonsiea is 5-foot-9, 150-pounds, bald with brown eyes, and has numerous tattoos on his arms, neck, and chest.

Authorities and Police considered the culprit armed and dangerous, and anyone who sees him is urged not to approach.

In 2018, Juan was convicted in Graham County for second-degree escape and sentenced to two years.

According to the Arizona Department of Corrections, the criminals have been convicted in Pima County of numerous heinous crimes within the past 20 years.

As per U.S. law, for Second-degree burglary and weapons, misconduct culprits are sentenced to 5.5 years for burglary and 1.5 years for a second-degree escape charge that year.

In 2011, the suspect for Weapons misconduct was sentenced to 3.5 years, and for Theft and attempted trafficking of stolen property; the criminal pleaded guilty can be sentenced to seven years.
