Who is Emily Alyn Lind? Wiki Biography, age, height, family

Known for movies

Born into the family of an actress and a director, Emily Alyn Lind had a real chance to get into the entertainment industry from her young age. Being impressed by her mother’s auditions and rehearsals, Emily decided to follow her mother’s steps and became an actress. Let’s find out more about her age, net worth, current relationship status, etc.

Early life and family

Emily Alyn Lind was born on 6 May 2002, in Illinois, Chicago USA, under the sign of Taurus and holding American nationality. Her parents are John Lind, an assist director and producer, and Barbara Alyn Woods, a TV actress. They married in 1999 and gave birth to three daughters: Natalie, Emily and Alyvia, all of whom have been actresses from a very young age. Emily’s mother can be seen in such TV series as “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids” (1997-2000), “Married… with Children” (1987 – 1997), “Star Trek: The Next Generation” (1987 – 1994) and many others.

Emily’s father produced such projects as “Black Cadillac” (2002), “Kids vs Monsters” (2015) and “Tomboy” (2016). Both of her parents support their daughters in their choice of career, and help as much as they can to promote them to good TV series and movies.

Emily’s older sister, actress Natalie Alyn Lind

It is worth mentioning that Natalie, Emily’s older sister, started her career at the same young age as Emily did. Natalie was born on 21 June 1999 and debuted in the TV series “One Tree Hill” series (2005-2012) in 2005, playing Alicia. She can also be seen as Kayla Bennett in “Criminal Minds” (2005 – present), and in “Chicago Fire” (2012 – present), in the role of Laurel. Emily is in a good relationship with her older sister, they often spend time together, going for walks along with Natalie’s boyfriend, Aaron Cohen.

Emily’s younger sister, actress Alyvia Alyn Lind

Alyvia, Emily’s younger sister, didn’t wait too long to become an actress just as her older sisters. Alyvia was born on 27 July 2007 and was only four years old when she appeared for the first time in the TV series “Revenge”, playing five-year-old Amanda. Later she appeared in such series and TV films as “NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service” (2003 – present), “Transparent” (2014 – present) and “Dolly Parton’s Coat of Many Colors” (2015) in which she played young Dolly Parton. As of 2019, the total list of Alyvia’s projects goes beyond 25, which is even more than her oldest sister, Natalie, has.

Educational background

As Emily worked as a child actress from her early childhood, it was quite hard for her to attend a local high school, so she enjoys the advantages of homeschooling, just as her younger sister Alyvia – she should matriculate in 2020.
