Natalie, of Cuban ancestry, she is the daughter of Odalys and Manuel Martinez. She went to St. Brendan High School, and after matriculation in 2012 enrolled at Miami Dade College, but there is no record of her graduation from this prestigious educational institution.
Career Beginnings
From an early age, Natalie dreamed of becoming a model, and her earliest engagements lead to her dream becoming a reality. She made her acting debut in 2006 with the role of Michelle Miller in the TV romantic-drama series “Fashion House”, co-starring Robert Buckley and Nicole Pulliam, while in 2007 she felt the first real rays of success when she was cast in the romantic crime-drama series “Saints & Sinners”, portraying Pilar in all 62 episodes of the popular TV series, which got her further into the world of Hollywood.
Once her role as Pilar came to an end, she auditioned for the lead female role in the action thriller film “Death Race”, and apparently the casting producers immediately chose her for the part. The film, written and directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and starring Jason Statham, became a complete success, which propelled Natalie to stardom.
