Meet The Cast of A Million Little Things
After an absence of seven months, A Million Little Things is officially back as part of ABC’s fall TV lineup. The first season centered on a group of friends in Boston as they dealt with the aftermath of an unexpected death — and the wake-up call this gave them to stop taking life, and each other, for granted. With season 2 expected to be just as much of an emotional rollercoaster as the first, it’s time to stock up on tissues and settle down for some serious entertainment with the cast of season 2.
David Giuntoli as Eddie Saville
David Giuntoli is back as Eddie Saville, a stay-at-home dad in a challenging marriage. After graduating from Indiana University Bloomington with a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance in 2002, Giuntoli began to revisit his childhood love of acting, eventually getting his big break in the MTV reality series Road Rules. After proving a success, he was invited to appear on the seventh season of Real World/Road Rules Challenge, which, as he explained to Huff Post, allowed him the opportunity to earn enough money to concentrate his attentions fully on acting. From there, he moved to LA and began picking up roles on shows such as Nip/Tuck, Veronica Mars, Grey’s Anatomy, Ghost Whisperer, Privileged, Without a Trace, and Cold Case. In October 2011, he landed the lead role of Nick Burkhard in Grimm, a part which cemented his status in Hollywood and opened the door to film roles such as Scott Wickland in Michael Bay’s 13 Hours and David in Buddy Moon.
Romany Malco as Rome Howard
Brooklyn born Romany Malco’s first taste of fame came with the early 1990s rap group College Boyz, who scored a number 2 hit on the rap charts with their single Victim of Ghetto. After spending several years in music, Malco was encouraged to try his luck at acting by the filmmaker, John Leguizamo. Subsequent successes included the role of Conrad Shepard on Weeds (for which he received 2 Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series Award nominations at the Image Awards, along with an Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series nomination at the Screen Actors Guild Awards), Jay in The 40 Year Old Virgin (which came with a nomination for Best Breakthrough Performance at the MTV Awards), and appearances in films such as Blades of Glory, The Love Guru, Baby Mama, A Little Bit Of Heaven, and Gulliver’s Travels.
Allison Miller as Maggie Bloom
The character of Maggie Bloom, a breast cancer survivor, therapist and Gary’s girlfriend, is played by 34-year-old Allison Miller. After enrolling at the University of Florida, Miller dropped out of college in 2006 to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. After moving to Hollywood, she started lining up work in the likes of General Hospital, Mind of Mencia, Cold Case, Desperate Housewives, and Boston Legal. In 2009, she landed the lead role of Michelle Benjamin on Kings, which was swiftly followed with a 13-episode run as Skye Tate in Terra Nova. In addition to her acting talents, Miller is a trained mezzo-soprano and is proficient in modern dance, tap, and jazz.
Christina Moses as Regina Howard
Chef Regina Howard is played by Christina Moses. The 41-year-old began her career as a teacher of black history in New York before moving to LA to become a professional actress. After taking on minor roles in films such as Machete Joe and Welcome to Hollywood… Florida, she landed her big break as Alana in Star Trek New Voyage. Other notable roles include Diana in Starship: Rising and Starship: Apocalypse, Jana in Containment, Sharla Shepard in Condor, and Keelin in The Originals.
Grace Park as Katherine Kim
Busy mom/ lawyer Katherine Kim is played by Grace Park, a 45-year-old actress best known for playing Cylon model Number Eight on Battlestar Galactica, Shannon Ng in the Canadian television series Edgemont, and Officer Kono Kalakaua on the CBS TV series Hawaii Five-0. As Salon reports, Kalakaua’s departure from Hawaii Five-0 cast a spotlight on the network after it was revealed her exit was prompted by the 10-15% less she and her fellow Asian co-star Daniel Dae Kim were earning than their white co-stars, Alex O’Loughlin and Scott Caan. CBS defended the discrepancy by noting that both Park and Kim were billed as “co-leads” or “supporting cast” only… a claim which failed to convince those who viewed both Park and Kim as integral to the show’s continued success.
James Roday as Gary Mendez
Actor, screenwriter, and director James Raday plays the role of Gary Mendez. The 43-year-old studied theatre at New York University’s Experimental Theatre Wing before starting his professional career in such stage productions as Three Sisters, A Respectable Wedding, Severity’s Mistress, Sexual Perversity in Chicago, Extinction, and Sustenance, which he also directed and wrote. Since his big-screen debut in Coming Soon in 1999, he’s starred in and directed numerous notable features, including Psych, Pushing Dead, Battle Creek, Rush Hour, Rosewood, Blood Drive and The Resident. In recognition of his contribution to entertainment, he’s been honored with awards and nominations at the Timmys, Imagens, Satellite, and more besides.

Since then, she’s made numerous TV appearances in shows such as Damaged Goods, The Thundermans, Paradise Run, Knight Squad and Cousins for Life.
