Ex-Bachelor Matty Johnson may be the father of two kids.
But the reality TV star, 35, proved he certainly doesn’t have a dad bod on Wednesday as he squeezed into a pair of tight budgie smugglers.
Matt showcased his gym-honed physique as he stripped off to the tiny swimmers to take an ice cold plunge near Bondi.

The star had clearly been working out as he showed his tight abdominals and meaty chest while hamming it up for the camera.
Matt looked to be having a good time as he partially submerged his body in the ice bath.
Matty previously opened up about his healthy habits and what he does to maintain his Adonis-like physique.

‘I always love my cardio. I normally try and get in at least one run and a cycle in each week as well as a few weight sessions,’ he told Body+Soul in 2020.
‘I don’t really have a strict plan; it’s more about doing what I enjoy… except leg weights. I need to force myself to do them and grow my chicken pins.’
In November last year, Matty finally tied the knot with podcast host Laura Byrne, five years after they met and fell in love on The Bachelor.
The couple exchanged vows at Cupitt’s Estate near Mollymook, on the NSW South Coast, in front of friends and family.

Proudly displaying their love in front of their guests, the pair wrapped their arms around each other and enjoyed a passionate kiss after saying ‘I do’.
Matty referenced his time on The Bachelor during his wedding speech, joking he had to ‘work his way through 24 other women’ before getting to Laura.
He first shot to fame on Georgia Love’s season of The Bachelorette in 2016, before becoming The Bachelor himself a year later and meeting Laura.
