The sudden demise of Royalty Rose Martinez, who was waiting for her birthday, has heart-wrenched her mother, Mariah Martinez, and grandmother, Sandra Ruiz.
Following a call for service, the Dallas Fire-Rescue team came to the house and found 7-year-old Royalty Rose Martinez not moving.
People from Dallas Fire-Rescue tried to help her, but sadly, she didn’t survive.
Her dad said she had been to the hospital because she had a sore throat and then to another doctor for medicine.
But even after that, Royalty Rose Martinez passed away two days later.
