Owen Roizman, who was selected for an Oscar for his work on The French Association and The Exorcist, has died. He was 86.

Roizman was born in New York City on September 22, 1936, and he grew up there. As a youngster, he needed to be a baseball player and, surprisingly, went for the New York Yankees.
