This health scare came on the heels of the release of his second book, “Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy’s Fight for Survival.”

Scobie attributed the cardiac event to the immense stress and criticism he faced following the publication of his controversial books, which unveiled internal fractures and strains within the royal family.

The journalist detailed the relentless demands of his career, shuttling between London and Los Angeles, grappling with legal threats, hate mail, and online harassment.

Scobie acknowledged ignoring warning signs such as chest pain, shortness of breath, and fatigue, attributing them to fatigue and stress.

However, the turning point came when he awoke one morning with a sensation akin to an “elephant sitting on his chest.”

Promptly dialing 911, he was rushed to the hospital where it was revealed that a blocked artery had triggered the heart attack.

This harrowing experience served as a poignant wake-up call for Scobie, prompting a realization of the need to prioritize self-care and decelerate his hectic pace.

Scobie said that after his heart attack, he decided to make some lifestyle changes to improve his health and well-being.

He consulted a cardiologist, a nutritionist, and a personal trainer, who helped him devise a plan to lose weight and get fit.

“I had to overhaul my diet and cut out all the processed food, sugar, salt, and alcohol. I started eating more fresh fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains. I also drank more water and herbal teas.”

“I followed a Mediterranean-style diet, which is good for your heart health. I also started exercising regularly, doing cardio, strength training, and yoga. I gradually increased the intensity and duration of my workouts as I got stronger and fitter.”

Scobie said he lost over 20 pounds in six months and gained muscle mass and definition. He said that he feels healthier, happier, and more confident than ever before.

“I’m proud of myself for achieving this transformation. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. I feel like a new person. I have more energy, more clarity, more positivity.”

“I also have more self-esteem and self-love. I’m not doing this for anyone else but myself. I’m doing this because I want to live a long and healthy life.”

Scobie said that he hopes his story will inspire others to take charge of their health and wellness.

“I want to share my journey with others who may be struggling with their health or weight issues. I want to show them that it’s never too late to make a change.
