Joanne Lesley Malone, better known as Jo Malone, is a British perfume magnate whose son, Josh Willcox, is said to be one of the Harvard College Palestine Solidarity Committee organizers.
The group recently published a pro-Palestinian letter blaming Israel for the ongoing conflict.
The 59-year-old British perfumer Jo Malone is best known as the founder of the perfume brand Jo Malone London, founded in 1990.
However, he sold the company to its current owner, Estee Lauder Companies, in 1999, although he remained involved until 2006.

Josh Willcox, 22, condemned the “brutal oppression of the Palestinians” by the “apartheid regime,” referring to Israel.
In January, Willcox wrote to Harvard’s Kennedy School about extending a scholarship to Amos Yadlin, a former senior officer in the Israeli army.
Aiming to focus on Middle Eastern languages and civilizations, Willcox accused the university of “suppressing the agents of colonial violence.”
The following month, Willcox and two other Palestine Solidarity Committee organizers, Nadine Bahour and Shraddha Joshi, wrote a dissertation condemning “the anti-Palestinian racism and institutional bias towards Israeli politics.”
The Palestine Solidarity Committee is one of 34 groups that added their names to the inflammatory letter, sparking a furious backlash.
