Born Grace Elizabeth Chatto on the 10th December 1985, in London, England, she is the daughter of Ricky Chatto and his wife Ruth. She and her dad are now a part of the band Massive Violins, comprising musicians who play cello and sing. Grace attended The Latymer School and Westminster School, and after matriculation became a student of the Royal Academy of Music, and Jesus College, University of Cambridge. During her time at Cambridge, Grace met Jack Patterson and Milan Neil Amin-Smith, and with the addition of Jack’s brother, Luke, Clean Bandit was formed.
