Dick Van Dyke got into a single-car crash in Malibu, California. He smashed his car into a gate in Malibu after his Lexus skidded in the rain.
Luckily, Dyke managed to avoid serious injury. It is reported that the Actor lost control of the car before colliding with the gate, leaving him with a bloody nose and possible trauma.
This incident happened on Wednesday morning in Malibu. TMZ reported that Police responded to a call of a single-car accident, and when deputies arrived, they found Dyke behind the wheel of his 2018 Lexus LS 500 car, which he’d crashed into a gate.
The streets were wet from the constant rain L.A.’s been getting. Despite that, he didn’t get serious injuries, but fans on social media began asking questions regarding the accident update.
We can be clear that Dyke is fine, and he is alive and still doing well. More updates about the crashed car haven’t been shared yet.

Following the single-car crash, Dick Van Dyke was left bleeding from the nose and mouth. TMZ reported Paramedics treated the Actor at the scene, and Dyke had no interest in going to a hospital.
A close source to TMZ also reported that drugs and alcohol were not involved, which caused the accident due to the wet road from the constant rain.
Moreover, Police have already submitted paperwork to the DMV requesting a driving retest for Dyke, with one of the factors being his age.
After that, Dyke was picked up from the scene and taken. From that, it can be said that the Actor may be resting at home. We wish him a speedy recovery.
