After completing his degree, Andy then began working for the company Suisse Financial Products as a derivatives marketer. He worked his way up to become the associate manager of the company, staying there until 2000 before leaving to join the company called Kiodex. The company provided financial services, though it was later acquired by the multinational company called SunGard. During his time there, he worked as a Director of Product Development for three years, before moving on to Deutsche Bank, becoming the Vice President in Equity Derivative Prop Trading.

Deutsche Bank is an investment bank and financial services company with its headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany. They have a large presence in the Americas as well as in other countries, and are the 15th largest bank in the world by total assets, and the largest German banking institution. He stayed there for just a year, and was then offered a bigger role and larger salary at Credit Suisse, where he was appointed chief of US Structure Credit Derivatives Trading. He stayed there until 2014, before moving to UBS O’Connor, which he now serves as the firm’s Managing Director.

Stephanie is an international business graduate of Lehigh University, and started out working in the finance industry. She spent a lot of time with Credit Suisse in hedge fund sales, working her way up the company. She later worked for Deutsche Bank, altogether spending 14 years working in finance. In 2011 she joined Bloomberg Television, co-hosting the early morning program called “Inside Track”. She became one of the top reporters to break high profile stories, such as the 2012 JPMorgan Chase trading loss, and a documentary on Haiti’s rise from devastation after the 2010 earthquake. Aside from her work with Bloomberg, she’s a columnist for “Shape” magazine, and has also written for “Working Mother”. She later left Bloomberg, to start working for MSNBC as a part of the network’s morning lineup.

For his personal life, it is known that Andy first met Stephanie in the late ‘90s while both of them were competing in the same global training program at Credit Suisse. After getting associated, the two started dating, later getting married after years in a relationship. While the exact details of their marriage have not been shared, it is known that they have three children and reside in Manhattan, where in 2019 the couple bought a four story townhouse valued at $7.5 million.
