Zoë Kravitz reveals Taylor Swift took her in during LA fires — and confesses to ‘destroying’ part of singer’s home

Zoë Kravitz has revealed that she stayed at Taylor Swift’s sprawling Beverly Hills home as the deadly wildfires ravaged through California earlier this year.

During an appearance on “Late Night With Seth Meyers” Tuesday, Kravitz said that the 14-time Grammy winner opened up her lavish $25 million Beverly Hills mansion to her and her famous mom, Lisa Bonet.

“We ended up having to stay there for about two weeks,” the “High Fidelity” actress said, adding that they were joined by her mom’s pet snake, Orpheus.

“And Taylor has this beautiful house. It’s from the ’30s, something you want to preserve and take care of.”

The actress said that while she tries to be a “good houseguest” who leaves “places better than I found them,” she did end up accidentally “destroying” a part of the “Cruel Summer” singer’s pricy abode.

As the mother-daughter duo was cleaning before leaving the home at the end of their stay, the “Batman” actress received a call from her mom, who was also inside the property.

After looking for her mom for some time, Kravitz found Bonet “crouched in the corner in this weird way” in the upstairs bathroom.

“And I’m like, ‘What’s going on dude?’ And she’s like, ‘So I was washing my face and I had Orpheus and I just put her down for a second. Closed the door and she found this little hole in the corner,’” she explained.

Kravitz, 36, explained that the room had a banquette built into the wall next to a small hole in the wall — in which the snake was trapped.

The pair began their rescue mission as Bonet grabbed her snake’s tail. However, the pressure of the situation caused them both to go into “panic” mode, prompting the snake to slither further into the wall.

Eventually, Kravitz had called Swift’s house manager, who came equipped with a crowbar to “tear apart the banquette.”

“We’re ripping up the tile. We’re scratching the walls,” she recalled. “Completely destroyed Taylor’s bathroom and there was just this moment where I was like, ‘Either we destroy her bathroom or I have to tell her that there’s a snake somewhere in her house.’”

“I said to her house manager, ‘Obviously, I’m gonna pay for everything to be fixed. Please just don’t say anything until it’s fixed.’”

But when Kravitz had called Swift, her longtime friend of many years, to fess up to the situation, the “Fortnight” singer was already in the know.

“I remember calling her saying, ‘Hey, I wanted to talk to you about something.’ And she was like, ‘Is it the fact that you almost lost a snake in my house and destroyed my bathroom?’”

Kravitz quipped that the singer’s next album would be titled “Orpheus” — a wishful claim that was squashed this week after Swift unveiled the actual title for her upcoming 12th album, “The Life of a Showgirl.”

The pair were spotted grabbing dinner in NYC together on various occasions last year — not long after Kravitz’s split from ex-fiancé Channing Tatum.

The actress also attended the singer’s sold-out “Eras” tour in London, calling the experience “crazy” at the time.

“I mean, I’m not surprised, because Taylor is scary talented at everything she does, so it’s not surprising that she’s so good,” she told Jimmy Fallon during an appearance on the “Tonight Show.”

“But what is weirder actually to me, is that after she performs for however many thousands of people that is, you know, she just comes over after, and like, we drink some wine, and like, eat a burger, and like, hang out.”

Kravitz is no stranger to witnessing Swift’s artistry up close.

The actress famously collaborated with the singer on her 2022 album, “Midnights.” Kravitz co-wrote the songs “Karma” and “Lavender Haze” — and even provided backing vocals.
