He leaves behind a wife of one-and-a-half years and a six-month-old son.

Deshwal’s YouTube channel has had over 300m views, with his most-watched video garnering 25m views alone.

As well as Deshwal’s YouTube channel, he also had a 1.3million-strong Instagram account.

The stuntman had spent the last three years keeping viewers entertained with stunts with the massive vehicles, often on incredibly soft and unstable terrain.

Fans have been speculating about what caused the tractor to fold in on itself.

One wrote: ‘This is an old tractor and it didn’t have proper roll bars.

‘The homemade roll bar collapsed as soon as the tractor flipped, crushing him.’

Another wrote: ‘It appears that the rear part of the seat was the part that failed.

‘It presumably wasn’t designed to support the weight of something like 40% of the tractor.

‘It appears that the ‘seat’ just broke and let the tractor ‘naturally’ fall on the poor guy.’

Some fans have suggested the tractor had a fault in its design.

They wrote: ‘Those bars are called a rollover protection system.

‘It looks like they bent.

‘Maybe they were aftermarket and not properly sized for the tractor because that is the exact type of accident it’s designed to prevent.’

A fourth fan wrote: ‘Tractors aren’t designed to do that.

‘The weight of the engine went against all structural support and folded the chassis like a piece of fluted cardboard.’

According to local reports, Deshwal was the younger of two siblings, and his father was a farmer.
