The woman’s released from the hospital allows her party to now travel back home to their families in New Zealand.

Four people were killed when the two Sea World Helicopters crashed in front of shocked onlookers at the Broadwater on Monday afternoon.


On Thursday, a steady stream of people lay flowers and tributes at Broadwater Parklands for those who died in the accident.

A vigil is planned for Sunday, January 15 with a local resident organising for a human chain to be formed around the Broadwater to honour and respect the victims and their families.

Aviation lawyers believe the investigation into the crash, which could take months, may pave the way for legal action by victims and their families.
