Yankees sign veteran pitcher Rico Garcia off waivers from Mets

The Yankees added some bullpen depth, signing right-hander Rico Garcia off waivers from the Mets on Monday.

The 31-year-old appeared in two games for the Mets and pitched 4 2/3 innings before being designated for assignment.
