Natalya Neidhart Considers Writing A Book

The WWE star has been open and candid with her fans over the years, but she may open up even more as she says she has been thinking about writing a book based on journal entries she’s kept.
“I keep very detailed, meticulous notes of my life, and my Uncle Bret inspires it,” Neidhart told Slam Wrestling. “My uncle, I guess since we lost my Grandfather Stu, Bret has been our family’s patriarch ever since then. He taught me much about keeping track of your travels and enjoying these special moments.”
Although Neidhart is busy with other aspects of her life, she still tries to keep in touch with him. “I write him, even on my travels, I write him long emails and things to document my feelings — not just in journals, I like to write him letters, telling him how I feel,” she explained. “It’s funny because a few years ago, we discovered some old letters my Uncle Owen had written, and they were beautiful letters about his travels in WWE, how much fun he was having, and what it was like in Europe. You can’t ever lose sight of our extraordinary journeys.”
The WWE star has also been open about body image issues she faced a few years ago, which she says even led to an eating disorder. “When I started just being myself and not worrying about, you know, worrying about what everybody else thinks about me, it’s when I started to do my best work. I told Nikkita [Lyons] that when I was in NXT … I was like, ‘I love your body. Like, you have such a people body’,” she said in an interview.
“I was like, ‘People just love that.’ I said, ‘You don’t realize how many men, especially, love women with curves. Don’t feel like you have to change. You look bad.’ [Lyons] embraces it. She loves being curvy loves being sexy. It’s a good example to show other women that you don’t have to be thin. Suppose you are thin, great. But if you’re not, like for me, I’m 160 pounds. I used to be so scared of that number. I used to be terrified of ever really talking about that number,” she continued.
