‘Me and my family need closure and I just want to know what happened to my dear little brother,’ Mr Whitworth told 9News

‘Zach kept to himself, he was a nice, polite person. He was kind, loving and caring and he didn’t hang out with the wrong crowd of people.’

‘I heard that my brother had been picking up cigarette bumpers and that he’d been stabbed.’

Mr Bevilaqua was found with his watch and hat next to him but his necklace had been taken, according to his older brother.

Tanaya Kissack, 21, with whom Mr Bevilaqua had shared daughter, paid tribute to her ‘caring’ partner.

‘He was an incredible partner and father who always put us first,’ she told The West Australian.

The pair had been together for around four years and welcomed their daughter into the world just 10 months ago.
