She fell into fast-moving water while tubing in Emu Creek, in Colinton, north-west of Brisbane about 2.30pm on Tuesday.
When she didn’t resurface, a search was launched.
She was found dead this afternoon after an air, land and water search, Queensland Police said.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner and the death is being treated as non-suspicious.
