An Adelaide woman was allegedly five times over the blood alcohol content (BAC) limit and street racing when she crashed her Audi into a northern suburbs home.
Around midnight yesterday, emergency services responded to reports an Audi sedan had crashed into the carport of a Collins Court home in Pooraka.
In CCTV obtained by 9News, the Audi and another car appear to speed down the street before the driver of the Audi loses control.
“I don’t know whether they were trying to turn and they missed…” said resident Zaida Mitchell.
Asleep inside the home at the time, was Humam and his mother and brother.
All three miraculously escaped the crash unharmed/

“It was like skidmarks…someone trying to brake,” Humam said.
“Then we just heard a big bang, big crash.”
A 25-year-old woman was breath tested at the scene and allegedly returned a reading of 0.247.
Acting Deputy Commissioner Scott Duval said the reading was almost five times over the legal limit.
“That is very disappointing that someone would drive with that level of bloody alcohol but what is reassuring is they’ve been caught by police,” he said.
The woman’s licence was immediately suspended for 12 months and her Audi has been impounded.
She will be summoned to attend the Adelaide Magistrates Court at a later date.
