A man is sought over two alleged sexual assault incidents in the St Kilda area of Melbourne late last year and early this year.
On December 26, 2022, an 18-year-old woman and a 19-year-old woman were approached on the beach along Beaconsfield Parade in Middle Park but an unknown man.
He laid down on the beach near them before allegedly exposing himself and masturbating.
On January 8, 2023, two 16-year-old girls and a 15-year-old girl were near the water on St Kilda Beach along Jacka Boulevard when they noticed a male staring at them from the water.
He walked toward them, allegedly exposing himself and masturbating.

In both incidents, police said, the man only stopped when the women and girls began filming him on their phones.
The man is described as Caucasian, aged in his 50s, with a solid build, bald head, and grey beard.
Police have released an image of a man they believe might be able to help with their enquiries.
