Wimbledon fan goes viral for denying woman a kiss

She didn’t look pleased.

A couple taking in the action at Wimbledon had tennis Twitter buzzing over their PDA during Laurent Lokoli’s clash with Casper Ruud on Monday.

During a break in play, a man and woman shared a passionate kiss — until he pulled away to watch a Lokoli serve, leaving her staring at the side of his face.

As the man’s attention shifted toward the match, the woman appeared annoyed that he cut short their kiss.

It was captured on camera in slow-motion by a Twitter user (matt_goulette), who relished the viral moment.

“Really enjoyed the sheer human drama involved in this slo-mo kiss at Wimbledon today,” he wrote. “I think she’s in to him. He also likes tennis.”

Hopefully, all was well between the lovebirds afterwards.

Meanwhile, Twitter had a field day with the passionate scene.

“What a cinematic shot that was, serve and kiss,” one Twitter user wrote, while another responded with: “Indeed it was!”

Another added, “Bro didn’t wanna miss the serve,” with a lips emoji.

it was only a matter of time before the 2023 Wimbledon Championships delivered an eye-catching crowd moment.

Although Lokoli — the World No.199 — put up a fierce battle against the Norwegian, it was Ruud who found his footing on the grass court in London.

The world No. 4, Ruud, staved off the French qualifier, 6-1, 5-7, 6-4, 6-3, to reach the Wimbledon second round at the All England club.

Ruud faces 29-year-old Englishman Liam Broady on Thursday.

The 2023 Wimbledon Championships runs through July 16.
