In 2020, less than a year after her split from Skylar Astin, Anna Camp introduced a new love in her life: Michael Johnson, a musician and former drummer of the Los Angeles-based band New Beat Fund. Camp confirmed their romance with a photo of her and Johnson during a mid-week trip to Joshua Tree National Park in California. “In the middle of nowhere with no one I’d rather be with,” she wrote in a March 24 Instagram post. Later, the “Pitch Perfect” star opened up to Entertainment Tonight about her new boyfriend, saying Johnson isn’t just a talented musician, but also a surprisingly good chef. “He’s an amazing cook. I will say that,” the actor said. She also talked about finding love amid the COVID-19 pandemic. “I am very lucky to have found someone and thankful that we’re doing well amidst all of this insanity that’s going on in the world right now,” said Camp.

Speaking of her love life, Camp was asked whether she sees herself getting married again at some point in the future. “No idea,” she confessed. However, Camp stressed that she isn’t closing her doors to any possibilities. “Life is short. You don’t know what could happen,” she said. “So I’m not saying yes or no.” In any case, it’s obvious that she is happy in her current relationship with Johnson — the two have been together for almost three years now and are as strong as ever.
